Not as pictured!
My son is moving back to Fort Smith for a job at the 188th. I contacted Harbortown and requested a tour of available units. The property manager was not able to work with my schedule for a tour, but assured me the units looked like the pictures on the website. My son applied on line, signed a lease and prepaid rent. He was never sent any move in instructions for anything-utilities, ect. He called and left messages multiple times requesting information for his move. He did not receive any... return calls. His move in date came and he still had not been contacted by anyone and could not get into the apartment. The day after his move in date he was finally called and told he could not move in until late in the day because the apartment needed to be cleaned. When he finally received access to the apartment it was not clean and it is nothing like the pictures on line. He has already signed a lease and he is unable to change the address his household goods are being shipped to or we would be looking for another apartment. There is no onsite management, we have gone to the office multiple times during business hours since our phone calls were not being returned and no one is ever there. The apartment does not have vinyl floors, it has carpet. Do not apply on line unless you have seen the apartment-unfortunately we learned the hard way. Very sad this happened to my son on his return to the Fort.
