The Hamilton is a great place to live. The amenities are awesome, and the actual apartments are so modern. The office always have activities for us, and really try and bring the community together.

We have a great view overlooking the pool. Our neighbors are kind and friendly. We love having attached garages so we do not have to get out in the weather.

Like SERIOUSLY! This place is the absolute best! I am new to the area and have been debating whether to opt for apartment or house life. Ultimately, I chose apartment life because of the staff, the location, and the "vibe" of the area. Since I've been here, I must admit that I haven't fully moved in yet, but I've been setting things up for the past few weeks, and everyone I've met has been welcoming and extremely friendly. That affirms that I made the right decision. The planned events and... the genuine sense of community were what attracted me, and undoubtedly, what will help me establish new roots in Hot Springs.
