Enjoying living here—these apartments are beautiful, and the amenities and common areas are always well-maintained. However, the flooring in the buildings looks a bit outdated and could use some attention, as it appears worn and stained. It would be great to see those areas improved to match the overall upkeep of the property.

These apartments are spacious, and really nice in the inside.Only downside is the patchwork in the shower; it molds often. The amenities are awesome but the gym equipment is always broken, especially treadmills. Quiet neighborhood; friendly neighbors.

Now that I have been here 30 days, I can give a review. My move in process was great. India (leasing consultant) was who I worked with. She was very patient and communicated throughout the whole process. Maintenance has been very responsive to my request. My only issue is neighbors are very inconsiderate when it comes to noise. Other than that, I’m loving it here at The Pointe Brodie Creek.
