These apartments would be great if it weren’t for the terrible neighbors throughout the community. Rent prices have dropped significantly on their website and I consider that a red flag. Loud parties going on and obnoxious neighbors who are inconsiderate about noise levels. Courtesy officer can never be reached and nothing is addressed when complaints are made. The walls are so thin as it is, so having to deal with excess noise really effects ones quality of life here. We’ve lived here for the past 4 years and TPBC is hands down the best apartment community in the state. We love it here! The staff is nice and professional.
