DONT MOVE HERE!
DONT MOVE HERE!! Management (Maritza) is absolutely HATEFUL. She's one of the worst managers I have ever dealt with. Camie and Charlie are kind and haven't had complaints with them. SO many issues including 1) payment portal issues 2) maintenance backlogs 3) broken security gate/fobs 4) valet trash issues 5) parking issues 6) vehicle break-ins 7) Pool not working properly all summer 8) incorrect billing & extra fees 9) very loud upstairs neighbors and big loud dogs all over 10) demand to remove... personal items from patios even though rule wasn't enforced prior. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOULL REGRET IT!
