After years living in apartments i guaranty that The Copper 202 is the best place, installations, zone, quiet, clean, luxury apartments and nice CSR in the front office very helpful ladies..

The cleanliness has taken a step backward and the walkways between apartments are often dirty. Not a good feeling when walking to and from the apt. Parking is a challenge for visiting spaces as people tend to park their vehicles for extended periods of time (1-2 weeks) and diminishing the # of available spots.

Overall experience has been a positive one. Any issue that has come up, the main office addresses in a prompt manner. The housing community is nice and quiet surrounding the apartment complex. Just wish people were more considerate of their noise level as walls/floors are paper thin and breezeway echo even the slightest sound.
