DO NOT RENT HERE
First and foremost, DO NOT RENT HERE. I have been a resident since 2017 and ever since Chamberlin and Associates took over, this complex has gone downhill. We have had a maintenance request in the system since March 13th and it still has not been completed. I have spoken multiple times to both maintenance staff and to Carla, the property manager, about it being completed and they always say they will complete it and they still haven’t to this day. Also, last Friday our washing machine broke. We... called at 2:30 PM to let them know. Mind you, we pay $75/month for a washer and dryer. Maintenance came on Monday to look at it so we went all weekend without a washing machine. We were told the part would be in and installed yesterday (Wednesday 4/5) and nobody ever came. I called today to find out what was going on and finally maintenance came to install it. The worker was working on it for a bit then abruptly left. We had to call the office to find out why he suddenly left then we were told now it won’t be fixed until tomorrow. That will mark 1 week without a washing machine. We asked to use a vacant units washing machine and were told no and that we could use the laundromat on site, which we would have to PAY MORE MONEY to use. They don’t care about getting things done for you as a resident. I recommend living here if you want nothing done and want to pay a high amount of rent for an outdated apartment.
