Infested
They have a really bad problem with bed bugs and roaches and will sit and blame you for it found out about the bed bedbugs first day we moved in then roaches started to come office is very rude and doesn't care told multiple times 2 spray and nothing changed they just try to charge you 250 for it when nothing has gotten better

New Management are rude!
The new manager for the apartments is very rude and does not realize that her tenants are customers. The first month the rent was due all they did was write on a posted note what your rent was. I can not pay off a posted note, and I could not get a statement or nothing to see how much my rent was. And when I asked the new manager about the water she kicked me out of her office. Now I have bed bugs from the new neighbors and they ruined my new bed and my linen and they tell me it’s my fault... for not reporting it sooner. It’s still not my fault. I was late with my last months rent and I have three different papers from them whilst different amounts. They really have no idea what they are doing but the owners should be aware. Oh and by the way, 48 hours to enter your property is not the next day!!! That’s only 24 hours. People just get it together
