Poorly built and managed “luxury” community.
“Luxury” community that list several amenities on their website that are not built or just unavailable to residents. Gated but the gate does not work, only 25% of residents have assigned covered parking, microwave sounds like it’s an old diesel truck, apparently the electrical outlets weren’t installed correctly originally and they had to come re-wire them I’m glad the building didn’t burn down in the meantime and the worst of all there is no insulation in the walls, not an over exaggeration the... manager told me this in a voicemail. It is so bad I live on the first floor and can hear neighbors above me flush the toilet, if you’ve never been woken up at 2:30 am to the sound of a violent river rushing down your walls and don’t want to, then don’t live here. I’ve reached out several times to management to address issues and either have appointments set and then missed or get no communication at all. I would suggest looking elsewhere.
