Tired of people not picking up after their dogs! Yesterday I walked by where kids had just been playing (toys were there), there was dog poop less than a foot away! And RIGHT outside my door someone allows their dog to go to and then leaves it! People need to learn some respect! If you don't want to clean up after your dog then DON'T have a dog!

I love living here, the size of the apartment is great, the staff is great. Every time I have a question or concern, the office gets back to me. I like that the office has events & fun activities for the residents.

Sadly we are looking to move. The rent has gone up way too much for what is offered. The area has changed over the years. Maintenance is the best part of this place.

The apartments need to be upgraded with new appliances, cupboards and carpet.
There is a major pigeon problem
The water is always being turned off too due to there being issues

Enjoy living here for the most part. Community is very good about communicating about something going on at the property. Wish there was a better communication system between maintenance and resident service requests.
