As a long time resident my wife and I have seen a lot. My only real complaint is that when you need something, you put in a work order. It may get done in a timely manner or not. Maintenence is under staffed and this is a large complex. You can make requests all you want and it may take months to get done. The only reason we are still here is because of Rachel. Shes awesome. The others not so much. Pride rock is a horrible management company as far as Del Coronado is concerned.

It’s doesn’t seem like much for the kids to do. There’s a soccer, basketball, valley area but not basketball rims, no net for the valley ball to be put up just an area. There’s only just the swimming pools.

The community is looks great! And landscapers keeps it looking good! But needs more light at night on certain spots due to predators will hide in bushes.

I've lived here 10 years and am happy here. It's pretty quiet and maintenance is timely in response to issues. The location is good, and the 1 bedroom unit is large.
