Hot tub freezing In addition to my maintenance report, I also emailed the office twice with no response. Just checked both hot tubs and still freezing cold. Also, the gate doors either don't open to get inside or can't get out

Mailboxes are still broken! Maintenance request is not resolved! Mailboxes are still broken and the maintenance request is not "resolved"! We're going to continue placing maintenance requests until it's finally resolved. We are tracking the time it's taking to fix this issue!
