Make an informed decision.
We lived 7 months at Natura Villas. I’m writing this review so you can make an informed decision. Here are the concerns we experienced: Our water bill was $200, we paid more in a 2 bedroom apartment than we ever did in our house. At our 1600 square foot house with irrigation system never exceeded $120. It’s interesting that they include the water bill as opposed to you paying the water company directly. We brought up this concern to staff and informed them that the water company told us and gave... us written documentation that the water meter was not working properly. We informed the staff and they continuously denied any problems with the meter. All they could supposedly do is give us a gift card for $75, after months of being over-charged, truly unbelievable. At the end of our lease, we cleaned the apartment and made sure everything was in order. To our surprise, they require tenants to professionally wash the carpet or you will be charged if you don’t, it has to be a company, you can’t wash it on your own. If you are interested in being a gated community, the exit gates were always broken and were never repaired. They finally decided to keep the exit gates closed and have tenants used the entrance gate (main gates) as exits as well. The garbage areas were always unclean and trash was always everywhere. My impressions of these apartments are that the staff and/or owner, are trying to cut corners and you will experience unexpected costs. My recommendation is that you find another apartment complex. We have rented before at other locations and never had issues. Please don’t waste your time renting here, you will have unexpected costs.

We're sorry to hear... of the high bill experienced. On average our community w/s/t bill is $60.21 per month for the past year however, the cost does also fluctuate depending on an individuals usage. At times specific events such as a running toilet may increase the individual bills as our apartments are individually metered., this is why we encourage all residents to submit a work order if they notice a leak in the apartment.
