Don't move here
Stay away from this company! The property smells like sewage, appliances are old and break constantly. Just resigned a lease unfortunately and now they are making false accusations in attempt to evict me to rent my apartment for more. I pay on time, don't bother anyone, and now am facing a move during the holidays. STAY AWAY

It is unfortunate that you did not have a positive experience at 601 Pax. As a community, we do not have the power to evict someone, only the judge can do that. It is our responsibility to address issues and compliants as they come to us.

The location and amenities are great. Love that there’s a bodega attached to get drinks and snacks. The downfall is that the property grounds are not kept up well, as the stairwells smell of dog urine.

A year later, and so far so good. I really do not have any complaints with 601 PAX! I love the amenities, the community is filled with all kinds of shops, eateries, sport bars etc. My building is well maintained, maintenance is prompt and responsive. Neighbors are friendly.
