601 PAX is a great place to live! The complex is clean, safe, in a great location and just an all around great property. The staff is also very nice and helpful and are quick to responding to any questions or issues you may have. I just signed my lease renewal not too long ago and will continue to live here in the following years. The apartments themselves are also very nice and having your own washer and dryer in the unit is a huge plus and makes life so much easier when needing to do laundry!!... They also have a convenient store on property that sells drinks, food, coffee and other items. The package room is a huge plus too and makes receiving any package stress free so you don’t have to worry about getting your items stolen. Any package I have received goes into a secured locker, which you receive a code via text/email that only you can open!

It has been a good three years living downtown and calling 601 PAX home. The ability to walk to local events and not having to worry about traffic or city parking for the matter is a great privilege most take for granted.
