Office staff is amazing, they have been accommodating and helpful since we moved in. The only issue I have is that maintenance is a little slow but they get the job done every time!

For the price you pay, you would think “luxury” would come into play but that couldn’t be further from reality. The power goes out fairly often at least 1 time per month, the elevators are so slow and sometimes break for the day, the hot tub was growing moss in it, the grills outside barely work, they painted over everything rather than fix. Plumbing issues. Etc

The building is old and has frequent power outages, loss of internet, and plumbing defects. -CV

Alanza Place has treated us pretty good in the past few months living here. We have had no issues living here, and the staff and maintenance workers are nice and efficient. Some gripes that I have living here are the enforcement of pool rules and the difficulty of finding parking inside premises: sometimes, people are far too loud and even sometimes staying late after pool hours (which closes at 11 PM, which I consider more than generous!) normally this would not be an issue to me but because... our window overlooks the pool and all the buildings surround the pool which makes any sound echo much louder than it normally would.
