I’ve been living at Alta 99th for several months, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The location is unbeatable—close to major freeways, making commutes a breeze.
The amenities are top-notch. The sparkling pool and modern fitness center are perfect for unwinding after a long day, and the community spaces are always clean and inviting. My apartment is spacious with plenty of natural light.
If you’re looking for a combination of comfort, convenience, and luxury, Alta 99th is the perfect... place to call home!

just moved into this apartment, and it’s been a wonderful experience! The unit is spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with natural light, with modern touches that make it feel like home. The location is unbeatable—close to public transport, shops, and parks, offering incredible convenience. The building’s amenities, like the gym and pool, are outstanding, and the management team is friendly and quick to address any concerns. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to live, and I highly recommend... it!

I love the fact that the amenities are spread out to where they have their own spacing. I especially love the 24 hour clubhouse. I like the family events that are held on certain days. It's just an overall family community. I feel safe here which is an important part. I wouldn't have it any other way staying here. I love the floor plan of my home. The bathroom is gorgeous and the stairs entering my home just gives a look that hasn't been seen before. I can't wait to see what the year holds... staying in my new home

I have been living here for almost a month now and I love it! The community is so beautiful always kept clean and well-maintained. They have so many fun amenities to do. I love how everyone in the office is so friendly and they have activities for the residence. Would definitely recommend.
