I am thankful to have found Alta Biltmore after moving to Phoenix. The centrality, price, apartment quality, and the dedication of their staff were the biggest factors in my decision to rent here. Their maintenance staff is very helpful and responsive. I would very much recommend this building and management.

Beautiful apartment, has a luxury feel with high ceilings and spacious kitchen & bath. Close to all of my favorite shops and brunch eats. Quick response from mngt with any issues. Highly recommend for someone wanting a new luxury apt close to everything.

Apt are nice inside but have many flaws

I toured this complex with Jorge which was very nice and helpful but I noticed the carpets and hallways had a very awful smell in every floor we toured. I also noticed that the small gym they have had been vandalized. A lot of homeless appear to be walking around the area so I will keep looking for safer areas to live.

Great location with great amenities. The staff are very friendly and attentive to tour needs. The building is new and well-kept. Would love to see the garage labeled appropriately. We live on the top floor and don't have a way of knowing when we've reached our garage floor besides having to look for familiar cars.
