Great Experience!!! You'll Love It Too!!!

My experience was extremely positive from beginning to end. The office staff are highly qualified, professional, and helpful. Arrive North Scottsdale produces a quality, beautiful, safe, pet-friendly home. Every step of the process is well thought out, and made easy and understandable for the prospective resident. They have thought of everything!

The surrounding areas are exceptional as well with an abundance of outdoor activities to partake in and new restaurants to explore.

All positives!

10 Year Resident, Love it!

If I didn't love it I wouldn't be here 10 years. What makes this place so good... Lindsey and Jason in the leasing office are professional, friendly, and always available. Plus, we cannot get any better maintenance than James and Jeronimo.

I Love This Place!

I am a New resident here at Arrive, and I absolutely love it here. The complex is always clean and welcoming. The units themselves are also beautiful and newly renovated. Getting set up and filling out all the paperwork with made incredibly easy for my roommate and I. Jasmined at the office is a saint! She was so helpful with getting everything in order and she has an incredibly friendly personality. Looking forward to living here!

Great Community to live in!

I have really enjoyed my time here at Arrive North Scottsdale. All of the residents that I have met have been very respectful and laid back. The apartment manager Jazz is amazing and hands down on of the best apartment managers I've ever had! Their maintenance staff has responded to requests I've made within the next 24 hours. All in all, I am very happy with my experience at Arrive North Scottsdale and reccommend you come check it out if you're looking for an apartment in the area!

Great Community

I have lived here almost 6 years now and have not had any issues. Quiet, clean community and a great value! I would not hesitate to recommend this community to family or friends looking to relocate to this area.
