There's lots of reasons why 2 months free rent is being offered. Nothing good is free! Just a scam to get you in, then once you realize what a dump it is, it's a ridiculous amount of money to break the lease and will owe all that "free rent" back. Don't do it, don't waste your hard earned money here! Poor Maintenance, Lack of urgency with any maintenance related issues, multiple issues around complex, and within my unit as well as other tenants units, with everything being "rigged" instead of... actually being fixed or just not functional at all. They say that if you apply then they will wave the $200 admin fee. However, when you agree to do the application, they ask for it claiming that they will refund it afterwards.
After taking an unusually long time reviewing my application, I suspect they are trolling for application fees.

Be prepared to be nickel and dimed on your move out and don't expect any of your security deposit back. We left the place immaculate outside of normal wear and tear. We lived here for almost 2 years, and aside from a shooting and stabbing inside the building, stolen packages, the disgusting dog run that rarely gets enforced for dog owners to clean up after their dog, and constant amenities that were broken, it is an experience I am glad that is over. The community manager is an awesome person,... however, the policies for moving out and what you are supposed to clean are non-existent. Lived here for two years and the first year was magical. Now after several crime happenings and bad interactions with management I have to give it a Poor rating. That is why we are moving. It is obvious the management does not care about the residents and it seems like incident after incident keeps happening... everything from car brake-ins to two gun shootings.
