Save your self the misery

Ive been living here since August of 2023 and its been great. Sierra is very helpful and communicates well. My only issue is parking. There is literally 10 visitor spots for all 3 buildings, each being 4-5 floors. That is not near enough spots to accommodate 3 buildings. Visitors are left to pay for a spot through an app, but even now, those are ALL FULL. With the price you pay for these apartments, 10 parking spots for visitors is insane.

Will not be returning after my lease is up

Don’t do it

The apartments themselves are beautiful. But beyond that, there are loads of issues.

Pricing is not transparent in the slightest. I applied for a lease and suddenly it was over $200 more when they finally “accepted” me. They refused to honor the initial price because they claimed someone else applied before me. They nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. You will pay easily $200 a month in utilities between your own personal utilities, internet, trash valet, etc. They are incredibly shady about...
pricing. You will literally pay for every single thing that happens at this complex, including common area electricity and gas. Additionally, they said that they will be hosting events for the residents including yoga classes. They have not had a single event.

There are a total of 10 visitor parking spaces which are never open because residents park there. If those spots are full, your visitors need to pay to park.

If you live in building A, it’s ridiculous how inconvenient it is to get in the building. For quick access to the elevator you can walk through the pool area, which is awkward and unsanitary. Otherwise you need to essentially exit the parking lot, then walk through 4 doors that require you to use your badge. All of the doors slam and rattle and half of the time they don’t even shut properly.

You have to flip a U-turn at least once to get into the complex or to exit. It is incredibly inconvenient and the light takes forever. You could end up sitting there for 3+ minutes.

in Building A you will be able to hear the train go by because it signals every single time it passes a light. You can hear cars at all hours of the night. There’s a strip club 3 doors down and people who leave there at 2am will rip down the road in their loud cars. You cannot leave a window open. Building B is next to a woodworking area which is also incredibly loud and lastly Building C is next to a building that constantly has an alarm going off.

If you happen to have a problem with a noisy neighbor, management will ask you to provide documentation and then will do nothing about it.

The power went out 4 times in 30 days and was out for at least 1+ hour every single time. The internet absolutely sucks and it costs like $100 a month. Management does not deal with the internet so you have to call a separate company to reset it. I constantly have zoom calls dropped while I’m wfh.

Packages are stolen all the time. The place is understaffed despite the insane fees paid here
