If you are looking for safe and clean environment in downtown Phoenix, Alta Warehouse is a great option. Staff is friendly and helpful, and overall things work efficiently. For those looking for amenities, there are a lot of them, such a clean pool and hot tub as well as valet trash service. The community is overall quiet and considerate, and it's a good environment overall for those working from home or looking for a short commute. It's also very convenient for those who fly out of PHX on a... regular basis. Downsides are outside noise level and limited parking for residents and their guests. I would review the last two items, in line for what your needs/objectives are, along with the upsides, prior to committing to a living situation.

Leasing staff is wonderful, apartment is expensive, if you plan on having guests over they will park off of the street in a very sketch area.

Worst Parking Experience

They authorize a towing without even ensuring or the decency to give a PAPER LIST to look at cars and their spots that the towing company is well-informed about the license plates of the supposed "valued residents." The result? You could be getting ready for a crucial presentation at 8 AM, and your vehicle has mysteriously vanished.

This place is great. If you have more than one car, it's not the place for you because you only get one assigned parking space and the guest parking space fills up too fast. And there's an annoying train that passes by like 5 times a day and blows it's whistle
