Save yourself if you have a family especially ,moving in was the worst thing I could have ever done,they are infested horrible with roaches and never get to fixing anything it’s just so unorganized I wouldn’t direct my worst enemy here…

I have lived here for over twenty years .Our manager does a great job with the right combination of being respectful and considerate of tenants and firm when is comes to what benefits us all 5 Stars she is a star so 6 stars !

I have lived at the Fairway Vistas for over twenty years. The view over many acres of undeveloped land , that until last year was a golf course, but with the tops of the White Mountains and the Estrella Mountains in the background continue to be mesmerizing! And our manager, Ilana, does a great job with the right combination of being respectful and considerate of tenants and firm when it comes to what benefits us all. 5 Stars!
