Horrible.
Place is run down. A lot of issues. Incompetent help. Water is shut off almost on a weekly basis. Drug people filled. Unsafe.

Do NOT move in here based on the photos on their website. If you sign a lease out of state prior to viewing it you will be kind of shocked how shoddy the place looks. Make a trip over and take a look for yourself.
The grounds crew come through once a week, so you can imagine how out of control an entire complex can look in such a short time.
The Robinson Group took over as management in 2017 and immediately repainted the place in a bizarre mismatch of grey and wood tones. The outside paint job... was terribly done and is now peeling off and streaked with rust stains. Everything that gets done is the cheapskate answer and it shows.
There is also a very serious problem with dog poop not being picked up. With no daily ground crew to take care of messes it can look dreadful after just one day. I have complained about this and sent photos to management, but no one has ever responded!
I should also mention there is no on-site manager! Those living in the complex are encouraged to call 911 in an emergency or send an email (I am not making this up!)
I will also add that there was a drug bust there in June ('17) and the renters were NOT evicted, so if that makes you feel safe then good luck. Any other complex would have booted them out.
This place is now an awful place to live. Ask anyone living here. I will also agree with previous review that the management are not very nice AT ALL. Very condescending and snooty - especially Jerrod (Jason?)

I have lived here for years... like previously stated, property is under new management. Rude, arrogant, deceitful are just a few of the things that come to mind to describe owners/managers. No maintence on property, no dog limits on size/#, no granite countertops in new units, no wood flooring (laminate laid over previous cracked tile), kitchen does not have stainless steel anything!!! You’ll want to leave as soon as you move in!!!!!!!!

RENAMED Tides of Old Town and owned by Robinson Group - TERRIBLE management at this APARTMENT complex. Instant downhill since new management, no maintenance, the rudest most pretentious staff I have ever encountered, no amenities to speak of short of a really old laundry room facility and garbage cans.
