Rent somewhere else!!!

Gates always broken.

Completed in person walk through at end of lease with no problems noted but then reduced security deposit by over $300 with made up claims that were all lies.

Live here only if you want to have money stolen from you!

Staff, Grounds, and Homes All On Point

Moved in with my girlfriend who had already lived here for two years. Have been living here for 8 months and it's a great community. No place is perfect but the price and service here is fantastic and I'm so happy we stayed!

Walking distance to the library, grocery stores, retail shopping, theaters, restaurants and bars. Gated access, one bedroom, one bath apartment on the ground floor with attached garage and full size washer and dryer. On-site fitness center and swimming pool.

Short drive to many great restaurants and bars along the Camelback Corridor in Phoenix and Scottsdale. Conveniently located to freeway access to downtown Phoenix and Phoenix Sky Harbor airport.

Check out the beautifully maintained... grounds in this quiet and wonderfully located neighborhood.
