The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly aka You can do better!
The Good: -Hawke is hands down THE BEST leasing agent I and my family have ever met. Sadly he's moved on to another job, and he is sorely missed.
The Bad: -This property has been open for 3 years, and there are still no working trash chutes. Management says they're waiting on a part... The remedy is trash valet or the unsightly garbage pins in front of the structure. -The parking structure was paved incorrectly, due to this the ground is... really dusty and cars get extremely dirty and need to be washed often. -Strangely some residents draw vulgar pictures on the unwashed cars. Get ready to drive to work with private anatomy all over your windows... -Walls are quite thin, if you're a light sleeper, you'll need ear plugs
The Ugly: -The new management is barely on site, brusque, and really unresponsive. Their customer service skills are non-existent (good luck getting timely responses) -Multiple residents have had their cars towed from the site because of the Lydian's strange relationship with Arizona Impound (they encourage them to come and drive around the complex) -No free parking for guests, embarrassingly they have to pay to park on the 1st floor -Garage has extremely tight corners, increases chance of accidents -Multiple people have had their cars or bikes stolen from the complex, and the Lydian has still not put up adequate cameras in the garage for surveillance -Many unhoused people go through trash bins daily and some have also taken some property from residents. What a strange idea to have trash bins "decorating" the entrance to the garage of the "luxury apartments"

Would not recommend stay away!!!!
Moved in 01/22
- Bike room broken in to twice bike stolen and locks cut. Was not notified about either times until I went looking for my bike. Was told by a leasing agent to maybe get a better lock. Ok. Also a lot of stolen packages and car break ins.
-Car towed in guest parking. There is not guest parking anywhere on premises. Pay to park. New policy change with no notice.
- Issue with lost letter of intent to vacate by leasing agent. No liability from the... local agents and regional business manager Sandra. Who never responded back to emails. Now I’m stuck paying the premium month to month.
- There has been fumigation in some floors?!
- Overall staff is not great and never around. They look for reasons why your in the wrong or a miscommunication instead of seeing how they can help the situation.
-Amenities are ok. No jacuzzi and pool only gets a couple of hours of sun a day.

Great location
I’ve lived at the Lydian for almost a year and half. Mariah and Hawke were amazing making sure my move in went well. Hawke is the best leasing person I’ve dealt with in my years of renting. Maintenance request get handled quick. Great location close to public transportation, a library, grocery stores and parks. Nice gym.
Cons: -Thin walls -Very little guest parking because whoever the contractor was did a poor job and the lot we HAD is connected to a public lot and we no longer have access.... They also did a poor job with the one way access between TWO complexes. Not to mention the tight space in the garage which people speed through almost causing accidents -Building has been open for over 2 years and still no trash chutes - People draw on cars like children and don’t know to pick up after their animals -No jacuzzi/hot tub -No community/resident events like our sister property gets/have

Solid
6 weeks in to my lease here and it's great. Has enough amenities to satisfy me, build quality seems pretty solid, and the location is great. It's removed enough from direct downtown so it's not super loud on the weekends, but definitely lively. People here have been cool. Gym has a squat rack and free weights. Best quality for the price in this area for sure.
