Covered parking space included..    Individually air conditioned for your comfort and convenience. 
Private, quiet area located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the Historic District of Central Phoenix.  Close to great amenities, such as Uptown Plaza, rapid transit just three blocks away, great restaurants, fitness centres etc.  Extremely convenient to everything one needs.
The property has all been upgraded with new AC units, windows, etc.  A great on-site caretaker attends to any matters that need attention and is managed by a professional and local property manager. 
The rent is $1450 plus $35 for water.

Nice low stress place to live

Great manager great property great neighbors.
No party hounds and no people running around screaming and yelling at all hours.
They do a great job at screening people and keeping out those who want to cause trouble.
Great little hidden gem in a big city.

I lived here for 17 years!

Best one bedrooms with utilities included in our area! Very clean and neat. No loud music at night which is great as I work! Very charming place. Again I enjoy the peace and quiet! Manager runs a good place and keeps the place clean. I have lived here for 17 years!-

I love it here!

I lived here for over 8 years - great complex and facility never a problem with management getting things done on time or if I ever requested an order . The apt. manager is very fast to complete any maintenance needed for the complex . Majestic Palms takes extreme pride with the up keep and safety of all tenants and I always feel save and never plan on moving anywhere else.

I have enjoyed living here.

The people living here and the manager have all been very nice. The few problems I had where addressed the same day and both where my fault. The grounds are kept very clean as is the pool. Just a very nice place where I always feel at home. When I could not make it home from work I called the manager and he would take my little dog out for me. Cannot say enough nice things about living here.
