Love it here.. palm court is a nice area, kids love the pool and park areas… I enjoy the pool as well and the aloso have a computer to use to handle business and a room to rent out for parties

A lot of people with dogs do not pick up their pet’s waste. Management takes too much time to send someone to clean up. We have complaint several times.

this is good quiet community to stay in. Location is also very convenient , has one of the best schools -Valley Academy., closeby .It has bus stop closeby taht takes to Indian store and walmart for those who donot drive.

I’ve been living here since 2017. Such a convenient location. Everything I need is close to me. The grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, banks, shopping, etc. My job is only 10 minutes away so that is another convenient factor. I never feel bothered or annoyed living here. It would be nice if they added a mini mart with basic essentials like soaps or tissue products or even coffee for the days you run out of things but don’t quite have time to go to the actual grocery store. Maybe a... vending machine in the resident lounge.

It is a good thing to have entrance control. It will reduce the traffic volume and speed. Pest control is good; of course good neighbors are contributed. Yard cleaning is done by weekly and good. The maintenance experience are good.
