I love it here at Peak 16!
The ladies in the leasing office are awesome! Always willing to help. They are so sweet & kind! The maintenance staff are hard working young men, keeping up on so many things. The lobby & game room is beautiful ,clean & smells good too!
The location is perfect, 51 freeway right around the corner, I can get around the city so easily. I’m about 15-20 away from, Downtown, Scottsdale, Tempe Botanical Gardens, Paradise Valley and more. 10 minutes away from Sky harbor.... Plus walking distance to a couple of strip malls and right next door is Ajo Al’s.
Couldn’t ask for more!
