Sewer roach problem

These are NOT luxury apartments. Maybe 15 years ago but in 2023? Absolutely not!

Like the headline says this place has a sewer roach problem make sure you close your drain in your shower or you will see up to 5 of these bad boys a week.

Parking sucks... I've seen a suv with out of town plates with no parking decal taking up a covered spot for TWO weeks.

Always on top of issues

Looked and looked through out the area for a place and kept coming back to Rancho Ladera. The office staff has been great and the maintenance people great as well. One if the main reasons I was looking when I found Rancho Ladera was my old apartment always took so long to fix anything. I found right after I moved in that the I need maintenance for a minor issue with my washer, I called the office and with in a couple of hours it was fixed. There was an issue upstairs, the office called me and... asked for permission to enter my apartment to make sure the leak was not coming downstairs, the leak upstairs appears to have been a hot water heater. It was fixed same day.

New Tenants

Did a lot of apartment searching....this place was one of our top 2 choices because community is clean and staff is super friendly and helpful. It won us over because of location!!!

Love living here

Rosa & Hayle (sp?) were so helpful when I was moving in. I love my apartment, the grounds are kept nice & my dogs love the dog park. It is a small & very quiet complex which I like. And the people I have met here are so very friendly. Also, a minor maintenance request was addressed & fixed quickly. Melvin was great! I look forward to living here.

Run for the hills

We didn't live there long but it was enough to know that it was a terrible place to live. The office staff was not helpful and one in particular was rude and disrespectful. It's overpriced, mediocre, and definitely not worth the trouble. If you have more than one car don't expect to find parking anywhere past 7pm. The office staff will brief you to park at the church just down the street. Again mediocre! We had trouble with more than one of the appliances during our stay and after getting them... fixed and them breaking again we just gave up. Also if you have pets prepare to hand over your wallet. The fees are
ridiculous.
