I’ve been here for a handful of years now. Enjoying the layout, location and unit amenities. No place is perfect but it must not be terrible if I’ve been here for some time now.

It’s been good enough here. Some things that I would like to address but doesn’t matter because they don’t reach out or return calls. Maintenance team is good and the front office staff isn’t bad.

Great apartments in a great location. Close to everything: downtown, airport, Scottsdale, Tempe. Tons of essentials close by, too. One of the more affordable properties when considering dollar per square feet. Love living here!

I love living here. Great staff and a great location. Zero complaints and all of my neighbors are very sweet. So quaint and quiet being off a busy street too!
