This property is an amazing property, they really put a lot of thought into the apartment homes themselves. I also like that mostly all the fees were upfront. I’m a big believer and just giving me one real price. I hate Looking online and seeing one price and then coming in and finding out, there’s like $300 an extra cost on top of that. The management and leasing staff have just been amazing! Courtney has done a great job at managing any issues that and super helpful to me every time I needed... something. The same is to be said about Alex and David. They helped with my leasing and they were just amazing.
