Great Place to live

Sterling Point has greatly improved the property security and peace of mind, by installing brand new lighting, that lights up the property like Yankee Stadium on a game night. Also our security gates are working perfectly after years of struggling to get them to work right. These amenities were implemented by the manager Susan G. All of the above and the other amenities that Sterling Point offers make it a great place to live. Also, check out the prices they blow the competitors away... .

WORST PLACE EVER

Roach city, criminal tenants, noisy beyond belief, trash all over the place. Front gate constantly broken, people who don't live there taking up parking (office threatened to tow non-resident cars but it never happened) large groups of young people loitering all over the place late at night, making noise, and management refuses to do anything.

Property Manager at Sterling Point Apartments responded to this review

Thank you for bringing our attention to these issues. We want our community to be an enjoyable space for our residents, and we're disappointed to hear that we've missed the mark in your estimation due to concerns about pests, access to the community,... neighbor noise, and the enforcement of our parking policies. At your earliest convenience, please contact us so we can discuss your observations further and determine our best resolution. We look forward to a productive conversation.

A terrible place to live.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I promise all the positive reviews are done by the staff them selves. I have lived here for three years. almost all the buildings have ROACHES, I have never not had a drug dealer living in my building at any given time. Thanks to that my apartment constantly smells like a grow operation. My car has been broken into twice along with vandalized at one point. The pool has never worked properly and is closed regularly due to people pooping "yes, pooping" in the pool. the office... staff are constantly being fired and or quitting. I had a Neighbor's apartment flood, witch it along with various other first floor apartments flood as well on a yearly basis. the office told them "IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT HERE YOU CAN MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE." this is a common response from the office mainly in part to the manager her self who has a complete and utter lake of concern for the safety and well being of the residence. not only is this place full of bugs, floods, constantly smells like weed from the neighbors, but the roofs are falling apart over many of the entry ways to the buildings. every wind season more and more pieces fly off. This is a serious safety concern that has been put aside longer than the three years I have been here. again, the response from the main manager is "IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT HERE YOU CAN MOVE." but at least the fire alarm system is up to date. that's right, only after three years of the fire martial riding them did they finally update the alarms. and if you like living somewhere that cares more about investing in flowers along the walk ways rather than the obvious safety of the people living in their buildings then come on by and rent today.

LOVE THE STAFF AND APARTMENT

HUGE KUDOS to the management here! Susan and her staff have been exemplary in dealing with the major noise problems. Many tenants are very inconsiderate and rude, and don't care at all about the fact that their lease agreements prohibit certain behavior that negatively impacts others, or simply DON'T CARE. Management here is actively working to solve the problems. I have never had such a caring, responsive office team. It seems to me any tenants (or their visitors) leaving bad reviews are... either part of the problem, or not letting the office know about problems so they can take care of them.
If something is WRONG, let them know and give them a chance to solve it. Susan and her team will work with you.
My apartment is beautiful, spacious and upgraded. I lived in my previous complex in Gilbert for more than five years and it was not nearly as nice, and the new company that bought it was awful, uncaring and rude. There is a world of difference here.
I feed very confident that if problems arise, the staff will take care of them. They WANT their tenants to love it here; after all, these are our HOMES, and they want us to stay.
I am aware that a couple of years ago there were big problems here, apparently including crime. That was BEFORE the current company bought the complex, and they (and Susan) have effected a big change. I keep an eye on the crime reports via Phoenix PD, and there is basically no crime here anymore. Just the normal amount any complex experiences.
THANK YOU Susan, Dave, Dominique, Sydney, and anyone whose name I am forgetting. We love our apartment.

Good Housing

The new management lays down the law... the apartments used to be full of misbehaving people but with this new management they either go terminated or they stopped acting up. The apartments are nice and the pricing makes them better! The management people have but nothing but nice to us so far... I’ll let y’all know if anything changes.
