Unprofessional Manager
Made an appointment with the manager to view the apartments and she never showed. The complex is lush and green with lovely architecture. The grass and pool have been maintained recently but the paint, structure and renting codes have not been up kept in a long time.

Do not rent here
Do not rent at this place! The owner is out of state and there is a manager who runs the apartments that can not be trusted. The manager rents apartments to people that have damages then when you move out try’s to charge you for them. The manager hires help that can not be trusted to do proper jobs. The manager has shady company in and out of this property and in her on site apartment. Theft is a regular occurrence. My neighbor passed away and the manager allowed a friend to move into his house... and sell his things and never called the dead mans family. The last straw was when we moved out. We were told we could slowly move as long as we were out the first week without a charge because she had no one to move in yet. On the 2nd A day before we moved the manager gave us a “choice” to be charged 4 days or if we wanted not to clean and that would be cheaper cus we would be charged 300 for not cleaning. Yes, the days she originally gave us were now being taken back. The manager clearly wanted to charge us for something ( I feel she does this to people ans pockets the money as the owner is out of town and knows nothing that happens at the apartments). The owners book keeper happened to come in town and apparently fired the help the manager hired and looked at my apartment which was uncleaned and is now wanting to charge me the cleaning fee, the extra days, and for things in the apartment that were broken when we moved in. Do yourself a favor and find a different place. You can find nicer newer no mold apartments right next door or any place along Missouri.

DON'T MOVE HERE!
Horrible customer service, the lady in charge doesn't act professional. I'm allergic to cats and the apartment she tried to sell me smelled like cat pee, even after they took a week to clean the carpets. Refused to just replace the carpets. Was being very cheap and shady. Tried to get my roommates and I to go sign the papers and pay for the place before doing a walk through. Thankfully was already at the apartment and had smelled the very strong pee smell and seen dead little bugs all over the... sinks (was clearly not cleaned and not move in ready like she told us on the phone). Then she tried to claim that she couldn't smell it (she owns cats), then tried to get the downstairs neighbor to smell inside and even she smelled the pee and she said she smelled mold. Just an overall disgusting situation.
