Unique Unusual Unit
My building is a small 10 unit complex in an older part of Phoenix, AZ. Most likely built in the 70's, it still retains a unique charm. It has a wood burning fireplace in the livingroom and a built-in niche in the dinning area. It is a two bedroom, two bath unit with a patio off the living room and a smaller one off the kitchen that has a gate that opens into the pool area. The patio off the living room opens into a yard that runs the length of the building which is great for my two small... dogs. The people living here know each other which makes for a safe feeling community. On the east side of the building is an office park, and to the west of the building is a large "L" shaped vacant lot. This helps to make a quiet neighborhood. The location is close to the very upscale neighborhood known as the Biltmore with a wonderful shopping center with great resturants and stores. Location of this apartment is close to LA Fitness, Whole Foods and Mile High Deli in another shopping complex down the road. Hiking in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve and Camelback Mountain are within minutes from my home as well as freeways to get anywhere you want to go. When I sit in my living room and look through my patio door I have a veiw of Camelback Mountain and as the sun sets, the rays come through the stain glass window I have hung between the very ample kitchen space and my livingroom. This is truly a home for me and my dogs.
