Filthy dirty swimming pool restrooms
This 4th 2017, we were at the pool it was the first time we saw so many people come in and out of the so,call lock pool , they had a dog swimming in the pool they were smoking and beer and wine bottles all over in and out of the pool, the pool needs a good cleaning the walls are black from not being clean , the rest rooms disgusting filthy dirty. No one was in the office on this day or every , trash was all over the ground, they could use more trash cans, the rules is you are not to have more... then two guess at the pool, one lady had 25 guest then she left, and they started a fight , I would not recommend that anyone rent from this condo association , this place has gone down and the owners never say anything. They should have a wristband for all guests to wear one at the pool that way they will be insured that there is only two guest per unit they need to post bigger sign saying that the pool is under a surveillance camera and that if you are on the camera doing wrong you will lose all of your pool privileges asked for what happen on the Fourth of July and those pearl having all these people at the pool and mom starting arguments and drinking and fighting smoking stop swimming in the pool she needs to be put on notice. There are so many nicer place to live , think twice before you rent from this place

Bad complex in a increasingly bad neighborhood
My wife and I lived here for a long time (4 years) and the final 15 month lease was the worst year at a complex we ever had. We stayed to save for a house, but quickly were getting frustrated. Insulation is poor, so if you have neighbors above you, you will hear all of what they do. The community was friendly, but the front office staff was not only unprofessional, but highly uninformed about arizona renters laws. At the end of our 4th year ( all 15 month leases) we decided to part ways.... Although the apartment needed renovations (as it should every 4 or 5 years) the uninformed front office tried to charge us well of 2k. When the management company was brought, clearly that was fixed, but it shouldn't have gone that far. Grounds are hardly maintained, and most dogs in the complex caught fleas due to a small outbreak that they could not control. HOA is a joke, and there are rules on most of how an adult can live. Reconsider before renting, either spend alittle more for better service, or find a different area
