I moved here in 07/2019. Maintenance was so much
better you could get things resolved in an hour. They use to clean the dog park every day. Now it’s disgusting. I have also gone to the office with other issue’s regarding personal threats and bullying. They told me to call the police.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. I’m truly sorry to hear about the challenges you’ve been facing. Our goal is to ensure all our... residents feel comfortable, supported, and safe.

We take maintenance, cleanliness, and safety seriously, and I apologize that we have not met your expectations in these areas. Please know that the dog park and property are cleaned daily, but we will be sure to double-check these areas more thoroughly moving forward. Additionally, we are actively working on a solution for the gates to the dog park, as we’ve noticed an increase in non-resident pets entering the area.

Regarding the threats and bullying, I strongly encourage you to contact law enforcement, as this is a serious matter that needs their attention. Please know we are here to support you in any way we can.

If there’s anything further we can do to assist you, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
