A great place to call home as its location is wonderful and the surroundings are safe. Parking is ample and can mainly walk to shops and cafes.

I've been living at RK for almost 2 years now and really do not have much to complain about. It's by far one of the best complexes I've lived in that actively pushes for an interactive type of community and the amenities are insane. Love everything about this place.

Amenities are great, but wish the management could show they care about their residents more by offering some incentive or just more communication about the extremely loud and distracting construction that we were told would be done in December 2024.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating the ongoing neighboring construction noise can be, and we truly empathize with the impact it’s had on your living experience. Unfortunately, the construction timeline... is managed by Modera/Millcreek, and while they initially projected completion by December 2024, it seems they’ve encountered delays.

Regrettably, they don’t always communicate their schedule changes with us since they are not apart of our company, but we’ll continue to advocate our residents concerns to their office. If you have questions regarding their timeline we can see about putting you in contact with someone from their office so you have a direct line for any updates.
