Way too expensive and the staff does a very poor job of communicating very important issues, like when black mold was found in one of my neighbors apartments. I had multiple remediation projects in my unit and no compensation was offered. The prices keep going up and the amenities are down far too often. Not worth it

The Residences has always been amazing since the first day I moved in. Maintenance always is very attentive and professional. The management truly cares and feels like family. The amenities are amazing. Lastly, the residents here are are so kind and have become friends with many of them.
