Noisy neighbors

Obnoxious neighbors will blare their awful music with the bass turned up all the way...you will go crazy and the office will do nothing!!!

San Travesia

This is a brand new complex where excellence is the keyword. There is attention to detail, excellent amenities, a convenient location and fun surroundings. A lot to be impressed with at this property. Excellent amenities: the gym is very well-equipped, business center with wifi and beautifully spa themed pool, Jacuzzi, sand volleyball court, and a community room with very nice touch screen computers. Close distance to old town Scottsdale, restaurants, and shopping. Parking garage ensures... residents can find parking spots. Cab service provided on property. Lived here for almost a year now and absolutely love it!

No Problems thus far!

I moved into San Travesia back in April, so it has been about 6 months so far and I am more than satisfied with the complex. I should start by saying that I am a 25 year old male. I am a young professional, but I also do enjoy going out on the weekends and whatnot, so I like a bit of balance. That being said, there is very little that I can complain about up to this point. The complex is pretty quiet and very nice from everything that I have experienced, aside from the some of the building noise... that you hear from time to time, I haven't really noticed any party related noise. I think there have been a few house warming type of get togethers, mine included, but they rarely get loud enough to annoy any neighbors. Most parties seem to die out as people head to Old Town or Mill for the rest of the night. Both locations are very close, about a $5 Uber, or they have also started a free shuttle to those locations as well aside from tipping. So that is something that is really handy if you want to go out drinking or anything.

Other than that, any issues that I have had with my apartment have been dealt with the following day after submitting the claim, so they seem to be quite on top of it. We had a handle fall off of a cupboard and our A/C vent face fell off as well, but that is all we have had so far, understandably so since the place is brand new. The other two things that I have found useful at the complex are the gym and the pool. The gym is a very nice gym for an apartment complex, it is missing some things that I wish it had, but I am also quite into fitness, so for the average person it is more than enough. It can be a little crowded from time to time considering it is so nice, I doubt many people that live there get a membership anywhere. The pool area is also very nice and is a great place to relax or even have people over and hangout. I don't think I have ever really seen it busy, but the complex is not full yet either.

Lastly for the few things I don't really like... It boils down to the fact that the place is still being built and the parking. The fact that it is still being built has pros and cons. There aren't as many people so the facilities are never really busy, but there can be some building related noise from time to time during the day. Lastly, with much of the complex blocked off due to construction, the unassigned parking can be a bit scarce, but I have a spot so it doesnt bother me much. Hope this helps!

Beautiful apartments, awesome amenities

I'm the first one to live in my unit, the complex is so new most of my neighbors moved in the same time. The pool, gym, and clubhouse are beautiful and well maintained. The residents here seem to mostly be young professionals. There is a bit of noise on the weekend but nothing crazy considering other complexes I've been to with more students. Everyone in leaseing office is kind and very attentive. Noticed my unit very well insulated turn off ac 3 days ago and temp has only deviated 1 degree. I... will say rent is a bit high given the area, but you are dead center between tempe and oldtown. Guest parking is a bit of an issue on weekends but will probably improve once construction is. If you can afford it go for but wait for a leasing special.

San Travesia

Solid overall apartment. A bit pricey, but understandable for the location being next to all the clubs and awesome places to dine.
