I needed a place to live and I was stressed out about the process but I stumbled upon the Cortesian and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and in a perfect location close to work, I havent moved in yet but am looking forward to my new apartment.
Kloey was super helpful and everything was easy to get done. Christmas will be wonderful in my new home;)

It's quiet for an old town neighborhood. It's a great location. Some things are starting to wear down and need repairs or maintenance. But had been a good experience so far
