Great location and nice communal amenities. Extremely poor turnover between tenants and very slow maintenance team. Over two weeks for any repairs and I have been living without a dishwasher, toilet seats that are not properly attached, a fridge that was wedged into position so forcefully it ripped open the wall and a completely useless laundry room door.

Maintenance requests response have improved greatly. Most of office staff are professional and caring. Need more get togethers to meet other residents.
