Not a pleasant experience. Rude staff that doesn’t do their job correctly then they punish you for it. The place isn’t kept clean but they will fine you for not putting trash in a bin. There’s been melted ice cream in the hallway since I moved there. Very loud you can hear your neighbor’s conversations through the walls. Installation sucks.

I haven’t moved yet but I’m excited. I’ve had friends who lived here. I’ve lived in Scottsdale for a few years and excited to get to old town

The apartment layout is great; the building is nice and clean. I have lived here for a few months and have had no issues. Maintenance responses are super quick if you submit a work order (within a few hours). I wish the complex put on events tho. So many people are around the same age in the building, and the complex does not have to hold a single event to meet your neighbors. That is really the only downside of living here. I know other Graystar properties host events constantly for their... tenants; even smaller events with a would-be awesome, but none...

Seamless move in process. Very helpful and easy going staff. In a great location with some nice amenities. Unit was clean upon move in and set up with a little welcome goodie bag.
