The experience has been great. Maintenance is quick to fix items and the apartment does a good job up keeping the pool and common areas. The people are kind and respectful here as well

This has been an amazing two years and it just keeps getting better! Love the people and the vibe! The Staff keeps working on new enhancements and keeping things nice. It’s also great to meet everyone and hear about new spots and things to check out!

The Standard is a clean, well-maintained property with a great team! I have lived in a lot of other apartment buildings around Scottsdale. This one is by far my favorite.
