District on Apache Apartments

Living at District on Aoache has been a game-changer for my college experience. The location is ideal—just a short walk from campus and near several cafes and shops. The apartments are spacious with modern amenities, and having my own bedroom has been a huge plus for privacy. The common areas, like the study lounge and gym, are well-maintained and provide great spaces to unwind or get work done. I just moved in two weeks ago and I love living at The Ryan. The apartment is so spacious with spectacular views! The Staff is amazing and has been very helpful.

it was great, love that the rooms are spacious even for a 4x4 apartment! Maintenance was friendly and helpful and security was always there for our help

Not too bad. The hallways consistently smelled like trash (at least the smell does not get into individual apartments). The AC in the weights section was not working properly for basically the entire summer.
