It has been great. Maintanence is very good. Community is helpful and quiet. I have enjoyed my time after moving here. I would love if the hot spa also worked properly

It's a nice place to stay and a nice locality to stay, which is close to Safeway, and ASU is just 25 min walk. This locality is pet friendly too

It has been a pleasure living in the Murietta society.The society is peaceful and having a vibrant atmosphere making it to adapt quickly .The leasing office is always helpful to the residents .I would highly like to recommend if anyone is looking for shifting or renting a house.

I think the place is really pleasant atleast in the winter. The AC was a huge problem all summer but the heater is nice, also has a nice toasty smell.
