I have been living here for almost a month and it has genuinely been a wonderful experience. Neighbors are respectful and relatively quiet, and the managers and staff are very helpful and have helped us out with so much as we were getting settled. Our dog loves it here too and is always so happy to go on a little walk around the complex.

Anyone would be better off moving under the bridge by the Tempe town lake. Similar living conditions and $0 monthly rent.
