New Owners
I moved in late January (5 months ago) and any issues I’ve had have been fixed in a timely matter. The property is newly remodeled, great location, and friendly neighbors. I love it here and as of now plan on renewing my lease when it comes time.

Don’t move in here
I was trying to work out at the gym when I was harassed by this girl named Maitri (front desk staff). Even though the gym closes at 6, she’d come at me at 5:20 asking me to leave and would say all sorts of stuff like “I didn’t wake up today morning thinking hey there’s this dude that I need to deal with”. Just wondering what sort of front desk staff talks to their residents like that. If you don’t wanna “deal” with your residents, then maybe find something else to do with your life.

Don’t move in here
There are endless bad reviews for this place and they are all true. Don’t be influenced by how close it is to campus and the price because they aren’t worth it. I’m currently living at Sakara and the WiFi didn’t work for almost a whole month, roaches everywhere, place was filthy at move in, the pool water was green for weeks, the laundry room has a bunch of machines that don’t work but still charge you too much money for each wash, and the list goes on.

Stay Away
I had the worst living experience here, and I'm not someone who is picky. I didn't listen to the bad reviews and got completely screwed over- I had to leave in the middle of my lease due to safety issues with the complex and the roommate they put me with. Beware of cockroaches everywhere no matter how much you clean. Drug dealers live in the complex, management never listened to any problems - there's not enough room to explain everything. If you're lucky you will get a good unit but i couldn't... stay in mine upon move in because it was not livable- there was black mold in the bathrooms- they never did anything about it. Just stay away- this place should be condemed.

Great place to visit
The villas are beautiful! My aunt loves it and it’s so roomy that it’s our favorite place for family gatherings! 100% would consider living here if your looking for a villa in AZ
