Coolest management!
They let me make a whole garden in my front yard?! Like come on now how about that?! I’m extremely happy with how they handled a situation with me! I was getting over drafted and caught it before it got bad and they helped me figure that so well! Completely calm and well explained! I appreciate the hard work the maintenance workers are also putting in! Keeping the place well maintained! THANK YOU GUYS!

Longest Tenant
This is my 18th Lease I'll be signing with Hampton Park. I have great neighbors to in my area in which I reside. I think I'm like the longest living tenant here. Whenever they have down renovations my apartment has been taken care of, all except my carpet that needs to be replaced. Not that it's got wear and tear. Just it's as old as I have been living here. When according to AZ Tenants Rights our carpet is to be replaced every 7 years due to The Department of Housing and Urban Development. I... have been asking for it to have been replaced for about the last 5 leases I have signed. Hopefully this year they'll do so.

New management
I have lived here 3 years and have been thru a few managers. Great ones and the last ones not so great. I think the owners must have listened to the complaints and brought in new folks ASAP. Maintenance is AMAZING. Always has been. New management has pretty much cleared up any issues stemming from last managers fast.Fixed the Landscaping she let go, opening the pool and bathrooms she had locked down. And are pleasant. The pats are older and have some issues but over all it’s so pretty and clean... and quite here and a great place for kids! The wild life is pretty cool too. 3 bed 2 bath East side in green grass and huge trees.

Best complex EVER!!!!!
I've lived here close to 4 years and i absolutely love this place. The apartments are extremely spacious, the grounds are kept nice, beautiful shade trees, best price in town for the Square footage. Just an overall nice place. I've had several family and friends relocate to this property and they all love it here as well....
