Pantano Crossing Apartments

I rented a one-bedroom. I had no problems at first as I cleaned, and bug boomed the apartment before I moved my stuff in. I had a lot of dead cockroaches the next morning after using the bug boom. I moved in with all my belongings. I dishwasher never was able to open fully. I had to change the bathroom light bulb monthly as it would always burn out. I got very ill and was placed in the hospital after 7 months. The doctors never found out what was wrong. Since I was still in the hospital, I had a... professional cleaning lady come in to do the final cleaning before turning in the keys. Not only did she clean the apartment but also scrubbed the carpet. I told them when I turned in the keys that the apartment was cleaned, and the floors even shined (something that was not shined when I took the keys over). When I received my refund check I had money deducted for carpet cleaning and apartment cleaning. When I called and asked about what needed cleaned, I was told that the floors and kitchen and bathroom were dirty. I had pictures but they refused to see them when I told them it was professionally cleaned. There were always cockroaches through the apartment. I would kill them until I had to move to the hospital. My parents hired the cleaning lady and moved my belonging to a storage unit. They even when into my apartment without my permission to bug spray when I was not home. My parents came into the apartment once and there were two men at my kitchen sink there was never a note on the door to tell them who they were. The two men did not speak English. When my parents asked who they were and what they wanted they were told “Yes” My parents did not know who they were. They went to the office and asked about the two men and was told they were repairing a broken light socket. My friend when to my apartment once and the door was unlocked and ajar. Nothing was taken and a police report was sent. Office said that they were not aware of anyone going into my apartment. So, if you want to have no privacy then move into these apartments. Apartments aren't great. Outdated appliances and pest issues. But they're cheap which is hard to find now. And no issues with neighbors or staff.

It's so depressing to live in an infested apartment, the exterminator admitted to me other people won't report the infestation so that's why it stays.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and any issue I have an the office staff has been attentive to my needs. The office staff has changed and for the good! If you ever visit ask for Krystal because if she leaves I will probably leave too jk. But there is a full basketball court and two half courts, two pools and the one by the office is heated, which I am in all the time and also a hot tub. The place is really what you make of it and if you don’t have drama then you will be fine. Schools are... close for all ages and the shopping centers are in walking distance and the bus line is right in front of the main entrance. Look at your apartment before you give them money The models look nothing like what they will give you ! Call the city if you see even one cockroach or have issues with hot water or people going through garbage dumpsters
Because office staff will become " forgetful " on any maintenance or cockroache issues !!
