The Worst
It would be near impossible to find a worse placeto live. Buildings are old, grounds are just decent, and the amenities are scarce. The thing that makes it the worst though, are the maintenance nightmares, and bug issues; and the office staff's indifference to the residents regarding those problems. They show no courtesy when speaking to residents. Once you sign the lease, you are a paycheck not a person. The current manager, Erica, is outright rude and nasty. They create problems for residents,... then show no remorse or even empathy when you bring an issue up to them. The company itself doors not make residents a priority.

Leaser Beware!
Worst apartment complex in Tucson. Do not live here! Appliances are old and do not work most of the time. Neighborhood is not safe. Children run around unattended harassing tenants. Apartment property is dirty and pool is unusable most of the time. Staff is very rude.

Disaster
There's been 3 sets of management and staff within the year of me being here at this apartment. Nobody is ever on the same page there's been several times when there was lack of communication. You can count on the water being turned off for 8 or more hours at least two to three times a day. And you only get one day notice if that which I'm sure is against the law. We've had our A/C go out at least twice in our apartment and we went a whole week of no A/C and one window unit in the room while our... apartment thermostat was at 98 degrees. Took me practically harassing the front office till they got a hold of the maintenance manager because the window unit was broken and the room was getting hotter. Don't get me started on the activity that takes place here. four apartments being broken into in one month. I've called the cops on suspicious people in the parking lots etc. They pretty much allow anyone to live here these days. I am house hunting and waiting for the day when I pack my things up and get out of here.
