Roaches , mold in toilets shower . Dirty community, very expensive and cheaply remodeled half fast apartments not worth it

Dirty laundry facility and fitness center. Half of the things in the laundry facility don't work, or don't clean/dry enough. Lots of missing items in the fitness center. The pool hardly gets cleaned, and is surrounded by greenery that falls into the pool.

There are no lights in the rooms of the apartment, which is ridiculous. You can opt for a lamp, but there is such little space that a light on the ceiling would've been much appreciated. The kitchen cabinets are really small and tight. Ours... are beginning to bend at the middle because of how poorly constructed the cabinets are.

The parking lots are tight, with barely enough room for the tenants. Two cars driving past each other feels dangerous. Rounding the corner too fast could result in a crash, because of how tight it is. Despite this, people continue to drive recklessly.

I have seen cops here at least 8 times in the year I've lived here. And that's just what I've seen. They boast a night service, but I've never seen them myself. Car alarms are constantly going off, which is annoying. Planes are constantly flying above you, which is annoying as well.

My car has been broken into twice.

I constantly see the exterminators here, so this place has a bug problem. My place on its own has had at least four bug treatments, plus 3 inspections. And after those treatments, I've never received a call letting me know I can go back home, which is really annoying in terms of communication. Read More
