South shore is a friendly and well maintained place to live with easy access to beach, trails, and shops. Well planned and spacious apartments with views of sunrises and sunsets, lots of natural light and cool ocean air, offer a retreat from a busy world.

South Shore feels like a resort. It's friendly, safe, and tidy. The location can't be beat with easy walking or bike access to shopping, the beach, dog parks, and restaurants.

BEWARE- DO NOT RENT

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this apartment complex. Within a short span of time, two of my bikes were stolen from the supposedly secure bike storage area. Despite reporting the thefts to management, there was no follow-up or effort to improve security measures. To make matters worse, my family just had a baby, and this added stress is the last thing we needed, and makes me wonder if it’s really safe and “secure” for my family and I. It’s clear that the safety and security... of residents' belongings are not a priority here. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their property and peace of mind. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPLEX
