Overall it has been solid there are some negatives as there are with any new place but so far it has worked well for me and I hope if we get some things smoothed out soon it will continue to be great for years to come.

This is a very beautiful place to live—near the park and the beach. The high ceilings and view of the park, beach, bay, and SF are amazing. It is well kept and fairly quiet. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Love living at South Shore. The location and amenities cant be beat and the maintenance, landscaping, and cleaning crew are incredible. Most of the community picks up after their dogs but not all which is really quite annoying but that is pretty trivial compared to all the other benefits of living here. I've never had an issue with a loud neighbor or anything either. The gym is never too busy, I do wish it had more equipment like a variety of bumper plates and a heavy bag but otherwise it’s... great. Highly recommend
