While I do enjoy living here, I do not like that they increase the rent every year. This may be my last year here because the increase is quite significant and I know I can find better or just as good for a better price.

Place is good, always stays pretty clean with the cleaners. however, getting Maintence or repair takes a long time, often gets ignored for weeks. Maybe update the amenities to be more lively.
